Is this software we sign up for?
No. Yarigai is an agency, not an app. We build each system for you inside the tools your team already uses, like Gmail, Slack and your CRM, then keep it running. There's nothing to log into and nothing to learn.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the data and the accounts are yours, and everything runs on hosting and API keys in your name. If we stop working together it keeps running, and any developer can pick it up from the documentation.
Is our data safe?
We build on the business tiers of AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI, whose terms don't allow training their models on your content. Each system gets the narrowest access it needs, read-only wherever possible, and we sign an NDA and a UK GDPR data processing agreement before we touch anything.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We design for it. Anything that sends money, emails a customer or deletes data waits for a person to approve it until you're happy to let it run. The system logs every action, and before launch we test it on your real past data.
How long does a build take?
The blueprint takes about a week. Most builds take two to six weeks after that, with a demo of working software every week.
What does it cost to run once it's built?
Each system has running costs for AI usage and hosting. We estimate them in the blueprint before you commit and design to keep them low, for example by sending routine steps to smaller models. You pay those bills directly, at cost, with a monthly spending cap on the account.
Do we need a technical team?
No. We handle the build, the hosting and the upkeep. Your team needs to know the workflow, and we train them on the new version.
Which tools do you work with?
Anything with an API, which covers most software a business pays for. That includes HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Meta, LinkedIn and X.
Which AI models do you use?
We pick the model for each job, usually from Anthropic or OpenAI, and send routine steps to smaller, cheaper models. Image and voice work uses specialist models.
Will this replace our staff?
The point is to give your people back the hours they lose to repeat work, so they spend them on clients, sales and the projects that keep slipping. A British Chambers of Commerce survey found 95% of small firms using AI kept the same headcount.
What happens after launch?
You can run the system yourself with the documentation we hand over, or keep us on a care plan for monitoring, fixes, model updates and new features. The care plan is month to month.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. We're based in the UK and have clients worldwide. We work with businesses anywhere over Zoom, and we're available Monday to Sunday.
